We will initially try to diagnose the fault over the telephone and where possible recommend a fix or a ‘work around’ to try and keep you running.

We can then arrange a visit and assess the machine and then advise accordingly what work is required to repair the machine. Our aim is to return the machine back into production as quickly as possible.

RM Service are able to offer the following range of skills to their customers:

• Mechanical/ Pneumatic – Using reconised procedures and factory training to identify faults
• Electrical – Using electrical drawings and reconised measuring techniques faults can be diagnosed in a timely manner
• Software/ PC – Using monitor and diagnostic software supplied by the manufacturer are used to diagnose and repair faults on the machine. Software faults can be pin pointed and adjustments can be made to repair the fault.

RM Service recommends regular servicing to keep your machine in peak performance.

Preventative maintenance at scheduled intervals minimises down of machines. During the 50 point service all areas of the machine are checked and where required adjustments are made. During inspection problem areas can be identified and component failures can be predicted. We will leave your machine ready to go for the next job.
